About Raintree Furnishing

Raintree started in 1999 in a shopping mall of only 350sq2 shop lot, featuring some Indonesian teak and mostly Home & Gift items to the people of Sabah. A first and unique store in Kota Kinabalu that attracted many local & foreigners.

The year 2000, was marked as the start of a long steady journey for market expansion. Raintree Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. got registered and our first teakwood furniture retail outlet opened its doors in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. By no mean feat we were able to enrich as many as we could about the quality and beauty of investing on a teakwood furniture.

Today, years thereafter, Raintree Furnishing Sdn. Bhd. is proud to have achieved not just locally but an international export market. Locally, we have shipped out many furniture’s & Home deco’s from our retail outlets to Japan, Korea, England and as far as Norway. Internationally, We have penetrated amongst others direct exporting by containers to France, Australia & Spain to name a few.
